The outdoor area includes a pool surrounded by a lawn with orange and lime trees, sun loungers, and a patio with a BBQ and dining table seating 8-10 guests. A table tennis setup and a badminton set provide additional recreational options. Secure carport parking is available behind gates. Pool heating is turned off between May and September or if water temperatures exceed 28°C, ensuring optimal comfort.
Inside, the villa offers two lounge areas with satellite TV and a library of hundreds of films, a well-equipped kitchen with seating for 8, and a separate dining room for 8 guests. A fabulous movie room with a bar area provides additional entertainment. The villa is toddler-friendly, with a split stable-style door attached to the kitchen/playroom to allow supervision while cooking.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our party of 9 had a fabulous holiday in this luxurious villa. The villa has everything you need, ranging from pool to top notch cinema room and is ideally placed for the beach and the restaurants/shops. Puerto Banus has a great variety of evening entertainment. The older members in our group enjoyed dining out and then watching the sunset from the beach front bars. The younger members enjoyed the "oldies" buying their meals then heading to the clubs. All in all, we all had a wonderful week. Clean and well layed out with a fantastic pool , definitely recommend . Coming home completely relaxed !!!

Lovely villa in a great location
This is very much a high end property with some great luxury features and touches. close enough to both the Port/town and beach without being overwhelmed by noise and traffic. A great place.

Superb villa in a great location
This is the 3rd year we have rented a villa in Spain and this was by far the best. We were a family of 4 older adults and 3 younger adults. The booking process was easy and the property manager was always prompt in her communications. The villa itself is magnificent and the photos really don't do it justice (in particular, the pool and the movie room are much bigger than they appear). All of the bedrooms were a good size and air conditioned. The kitchen was amazing (although we mainly cooked outside on the BBQ). Everything was clean and well maintained (the pool man came 3 times in 10 days). The location is excellent, with the beach less than 5 minutes walk away and a supermarket less than 10 minutes walk (larger supermarkets were 5 minutes by car). Puerto Banus is a 5-10 minute walk away, with restaurants and nightlife. I cannot recommend this property enough.
