Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Visited 15-24 Jul. 3 adults & 3 children. Villa was In a great location just a 15 minute walk from the beach and a shopping centre. Lots of shops and bars in the town and we were happy just to relax in the villa and the outside bbq and dining area with a sea view was perfect. The villa was well equipped, modern, clean and bright and had everything we needed. The pool is good size, and we had sunshine from dawn til dusk. Definitely recommend.

Loved every minute of it!
This villa was amazing! From the super comfy beds to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was top quality. The pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons, and having a BBQ made dinners extra special. We also appreciated the baby gear provided, made traveling with little ones much easier. The agency even helped us book a private tour-great service!

A home away from home was just perfect for our family holiday. The place is super spacious, modern, and has everything you need. The heated pool was a dream, especially in the evenings. Loved the view from the terrace, and the Jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Definitely one of the best villas we’ve stayed in!
