Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A lovely family villa, which was much bigger than expected. It was very well maintained, clean and with all necessary amenities. The bedrooms were all vIf yery large with plenty of storage. The heated pool was a good size, bbq and great location. i highly recommend this villa!!!

Dream Holiday
What a Wonderfull villa. Description and photographs are very accurate. The cleaning and services are carried out by a local company who are always available should you need help. Outside the villa has a barbecue, swimming pool gets sun all day with plenty of sun loungers available. Internally all rooms are large and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Have already booked for next year.

A little corner of Paradise
The stay was exactly as the Maria described and more. Maria who were our contact in Tenerife ensured that we were made more than welcome with advise on the best restaurants and places to go as well as ensuring the property was absolutely spotlessly clean and we had all the essential groceries etc. on our arrival, thank you for all your help. The location is fantastic, fabulous views, ocean front. The patio and heated pool was great for al fresco dining, and cooling off in the midday sun. Thank you so much your hospitality and facilities were amazing.
