Accommodating up to nine guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the villa is designed for both families and groups. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a tub shower, in-wall closets, and two wide single beds that can be joined. A second double bedroom includes an ensuite with a rain shower and versatile sleeping arrangements, while a third double bedroom offers two single beds convertible into a double. The fourth smaller bedroom is perfect for children or teens, with a bunk bed and an additional rollaway bed, plus a separate bathroom with a shower. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms. Family amenities include two baby cots, two high chairs, a baby tub, children's dinnerware, two car seats, and two booster seats.
Inside, high ceilings and large windows create bright, airy spaces throughout the villa. The living and dining area offers stunning ocean views, while the fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and complete dinnerware for nine. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A home away from home provided the perfect setting for our group of friends. The cabana, heated pool, and ocean views were fantastic. We had competitive pool matches and relaxed in the jetted spa. The spacious interiors with stylish decor created a great atmosphere. Being close to the beach and shopping center was a big plus. The villa's family-friendly amenities and the exceptional service from the property manager and staff made our stay memorable. We took advantage of various activities and excursions, including airport transfers and the services of a private chef, which added a touch of luxury to our getaway. Highly recommended for friends looking to unwind.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in the villa with our family . Stayed on the golf course many times and this is by far the nicest villa . Everything we needed ? Spotlessly clean , very attentive hosts . Will def be returning
