Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We arrived late afternoon, and the agency had already sent a few local tips and made check-in simple, which we appreciated. The villa itself felt calm, with that open ground floor and easy access to the garden. The kids used the pool constantly, and we made use of the barbecue one night after picking up fresh bits from a nearby shop. The walk to the centre was straightforward, so we tried a couple of restaurants without needing the car. Everything felt uncomplicated.

amazing villa in majorca
Our group of six settled in quickly since the place had enough space for everyone to spread out. The living room got nice natural light, and the upstairs rooms stayed cool at night thanks to the AC. We liked that two of the bedrooms shared a balcony with a glimpse of the sea. One day we just stayed in, switching between the pool and the shaded terrace. The stroll to the beach was short, so we went down a few evenings to watch the water as the sun dropped.

Loved the mix of quiet corners and easy beach access
We stayed here as a family of five and really liked how relaxed everything felt. Mornings usually started on the terrace, listening to the garden fountain before heading out for a swim at the beach nearby. The kitchen was simple to use for quick meals, and the kids kept going between the pool, the little football goal, and the table tennis. Evenings were spent outside, eating slowly while the garden lights came on. It felt like an easy, slow-paced week.
