Located just by the Hotel Galeon, the property is within walking distance of amenities and directly across from the long pedestrianised seafront beach. The layout is entirely on the ground floor, making it ideal for families with small children or elderly guests. The villa has been fully refurbished with a bright and simple modern design, creating an inviting and fresh atmosphere. English television channels are available for entertainment.
Lower Floor - Main House: Entrance directly into the living room, modern open-plan kitchen with dining area, utility room adjacent to the kitchen, laundry room. One twin bedroom with en-suite shower, one twin bedroom with en-suite shower, and one triple bedroom with full bathroom.
Upper Floor: Terrace with seating area, perfect for enjoying breathtaking bay views while having a morning coffee or evening drink.
Exterior: Covered terrace with dining area, small grass area, swimming pool (6m x 4m), shower room, large portable BBQ, and paved parking area at the front.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

If you want a relaxing place to stay with views and space - this was hard to beat. It's a lovely villa with all mod-cons as well as a superb private pool outside - a real sun-trap. Everything was clean, BBQ was a dream.

We had the most brilliant holiday in this beautiful villa. The location is truely magical, beachfront side. The villa is thoughtfully laid out and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would recommend this villa without reservation and will be returning again.

absolutely amazing, would definately return
The villa is absolutely amazing, the pictures really do not do it justice, it was very spacious and the finishings were of a very high standard. I have stayed in many hotels in the past, and so you could say I am a bit of a hotel snob, however this exceeded anywhere I have stayed before. The location is perfect, beach front villa, it is within walking distance to lots of shop/restaurants. The views that you take in were stunning, with the beach and sea directly behind the villa. I would definitely recommend staying here!
