Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We travelled as a group of ten, and the agency helped organise a simple check-in plus shared a couple of restaurant tips. The villa itself felt comfortable from the start, especially with those shaded spots under the palm trees and the easy access to the pool. The kitchen was straightforward for quick lunches, and the spiral staircase up to the top terrace was a fun little lookout point for sunset. Evenings usually ended with everyone gathered around the garden table, talking until it cooled down.

Great for groups wanting both space and privacy
There were nine of us, and the house never felt crowded. The living room stayed bright all day, and meals were easy with the big dining table and the outside terrace when we wanted fresh air. The bedrooms on the first floor were handy since each had its own bathroom and a terrace where we’d sit before breakfast. One day we walked the promenade for ages, stopping for snacks along the way, then came back for a late swim before dinner.

A chilled family week close to the beach
We stayed here with four adults and four kids, and the setup worked really well for us. The downstairs suite gave the grandparents some quiet space, while the rest of us used the rooms upstairs. Most afternoons we drifted between the pool, the shaded terraces, and the little chill area with the day bed. The walkway to the beach was easy, so we went down most evenings just to watch the light over the bay.

Couldn’t have asked for more!
Everything about this villa was spot on. So much space, comfy beds, a beautiful pool, and a great outdoor dining area. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the weather and the peaceful vibes. Also, the concierge service was fantastic-helped us book some amazing boat trips and even got us a great restaurant reservation. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect family holiday!!
We stayed here with two families-plenty of space for everyone! The villa is super clean, modern, and has everything you need. The kids LOVED the pool, especially the shallow area. Also, having the beach so close was a game-changer! Easy booking process, and the team was super helpful with recommendations. Already thinking about coming back next summer!
