Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our workplace retreat at a home away from home was a perfect blend of nature and luxury living! The well-appointed rooms, private balconies, and gourmet kitchen provided a lavish experience. The proximity to Jávea's vibrant city and the relaxing atmosphere made it an excellent choice.

Fantastic villa, home away from home
Our group had a fantastic time staying in this villa. It has all the little luxuries associated with being at home, with a few extra's like pool, air con, etc. The villa, pool and garden are kept in pristine condition. It has everything you can ask for and I would highly recommend it. It was also a pleasure dealing with the property manager, and the information provided on the villa and surrounding areas was greatly appreciated.

Exceptionally imagined inside and out and high quality throughout
Very thoughtfully designed villa and private gardens in a nice neighbourhood. Very easy alfresco living by day and night in the shady naya cooled by 2 effective ceiling fans - gardens beautifully lit at night.Very well equipped property throughout with high quality appliances, air con and ceiling fans too. Comprehensive manuals for the villa and area and appliances too. Management company easy to get hold of and deal with at all times and very helpful. Very high spec spacious bathrooms with walk in showers throughout. In short the best villa we have stayed in and quality through and through.
