Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at the place and really loved it! The place is quiet and private, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The heated pool and garden area are great for sunny days. Also, they were really helpful with suggestions on places to visit, and we had some great excursions around the area. The agency’s service was excellent, and everything was so easy to organize.

Perfect spot for a family vacation
We spent a week at this retreat with another family and it was perfect! The rooms are big and comfy, and the main bathroom is amazing with the Japanese soaking tub. Every detail in the house was done with care, and the terrace was perfect for lazy days. Big thanks to the agency for their help - they were super friendly and made everything easy for us. Truly relaxing experience
Had an amazing holiday at a home away from home! What we loved the most was the peaceful atmosphere, and the saltwater pool was such a treat. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and with a lovely decor. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer! The agency was super helpful and took care of everything, including airport transfers. Great villa, amazing views
This hideaway is a gorgeous spot, perfect for a peaceful holiday. We went with family and everything was just right! The house is spacious, modern, and really comfy. The view of the sea is incredible, we enjoyed every morning on the terrace. We were also really happy with the agency's help, they made everything much easier, even booking our restaurant reservations.
