Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We have just returned from the most amazing week in this beautiful villa. Perfect in every way, we didn’t want to leave! The views are spectacular! We hardly left the villa and would definitely recommend it!

Premium property with excellent view
We travelled with a large extended family with 6 adults and 2 children. The villa was excellent, well kept and spacious, modern and heated pool was the top point. The staff were very nice, efficient and helpful.

Lovely very comfortable villa
Right from the start everything was just perfect for our stay - from our initial booking communication with Daniel which all ran smoothly. On arrival we were met by the loveliest guy who explained everything very clearly and it was obvious nothing would be too much trouble if we needed any help. WOW, what an amazing place. So many private areas to sunbathe too - upstairs balconies, fully furnished etc. The barbecue and outdoor seating areas were great too - as were the indoor facilities - everything you needed and more besides - including SKY TV for those men to keep an eye on the footie!!! In fact we can't think of any criticisms - except perhaps that we had to go home!!! Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and its quiet location, a little off the beaten track, but within walking distance of beaches and shops. It was immaculately clean on arrival and cleaned once during our stay by a lovely, hardworking lady who replaced all bedding and towels too. Sorry I am going on a bit here, but I could write so much - would love to come back.
