On the second floor, the second bedroom has a single bed (90×200) without air conditioning, while the third bedroom features a double bed (180×200), air conditioning, and access to a balcony and the roof terrace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Great layout for a small group. We had wine by the pool, grilled on the terrace, and walked to the beach every morning. Everything felt very easy and laid-back, just how a holiday should be!

Beautiful villa, great location
The design is lovely-Ibiza chic with comfy touches. The master bedroom was a dream, and the outdoor spaces made it feel bigger than it looks in photos. So nice being close to everything but still feeling tucked away.

Perfect for a chilled family break
The property Repos was exactly what we needed. Our kids loved the little pool and being able to walk to Es Puet Beach so easily. It felt private, peaceful, and still close to great restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous holiday
We had wonderful communication with the property manager during the planning process and with the lovely Heidimarie during our stay. Heidimarie met us on airport and escorted us to the villa. It was exactly as shown on the photos and even more! Our family enjoyed the villa and the perfect touches so much that we honestly did not want to leave. We truly had a lovely time and hope to be back.
