Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Loved everything about this villa! The style inside is super sleek, and outside is even better with all the terraces and the pool. Morning coffee on the rooftop while looking at the sea was the highlight. Kids loved the pool and garden. Felt like our own little paradise for the week.

Place was really nice and quiet. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything. Enjoyed some BBQ nights outside. Only a short drive to the beach, perfect for us.

perfect villa for a relaxed holiday
Stayed here with my family and it was just what we needed. The villa is modern but still really cozy, and the outdoor space is amazing. Pool was clean and big enough for all of us, and the terraces gave us so many spots to just sit and enjoy the view. Close enough to Alcudia if you want a night out but far enough to feel away from it all. Great memories!

amazing escape!
Honestly, this place blew us away. The bedrooms were super comfy and having our own bathrooms was a game changer. Cooking in that kitchen was fun, everything you need is there. Views from the rooftop were insane, especially at sunset. Loved the little garden area too, felt private and peaceful.
