The villa is spread across three levels, offering a variety of living and sleeping spaces. The central living area is bright and spacious, with large openings that create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A modern kitchen with an American-style breakfast counter and ample surfaces allows for meal preparation, while multiple seating areas provide comfortable spots to relax. The dining area seats a large group and enjoys views across the surrounding landscape. Additional living rooms throughout the villa offer cosy spaces for reading or watching movies, and a games room features a professional pool table.
Accommodation includes a mix of deluxe suites and well-proportioned double bedrooms. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This holiday spot was the perfect choice for our group of friends. The villa is incredibly spacious, with plenty of living areas where we could all gather or retreat for privacy. The outdoor spaces are stunning, with a large pool and shaded areas for relaxation. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen, which made alfresco dining a breeze. The location is serene, surrounded by olive groves, yet it's close to the town for shopping and exploring. Whether you want to relax or stay active with tennis, table tennis, or yoga, this villa truly has it all. It made for an unforgettable stay!

The ultimate luxury villa
Our stay at a home away from home was unforgettable! The villa’s design and its peaceful location amidst olive groves made it the ideal spot for our family reunion. There’s something for everyone here: relaxing by the pool, playing tennis, enjoying a barbecue under the stars, or exploring the local countryside. The bedrooms were spacious, and the outdoor kitchen area was a highlight for evening meals. We even had some yoga sessions on-site, which added a nice touch of relaxation. Definitely a place to return to!

just perfect
We were so lucky to stay for 2 weeks at this luxury retreat! From the moment we entered the property, it was clear our holiday would be perfect. The outdoor spaces are meticulously maintained, the pool area invites you to relax, and the interiors provide ample living space for everyone. We were 13 people, ranging from 8 months to 53 years, and everyone found their own little corner of happiness! In fact, we hardly left the property - it truly felt like paradise. The beds are extremely comfortable, comparable to the finest luxury hotels, which is especially important for a two-week stay. Finally, Debbie was exceptionally responsive, both before our trip and throughout our stay, and even afterwards! We highly recommend this retreat and hope your holiday is as wonderful as ours.

Unforgettable Retreat for Large Groups
We were a group of 18 people (adults and children) and we stayed over the whit-week holiday. We chose this villa from the photos and the activities on site as advertised on HomeAway and I can certainly say that it did not disappoint. Beautiful, well maintained grounds and villa with lots to keep everyone entertained - Amazing Swimming Pool / Tennis Court / Volleyball / Table Tennis / pool table etc. The location is very private which was great for us as we didn’t have to worry about kids being too loud (or the adults) however supermarkets & shops in Benissa are only a few minute’s drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to visit again soon.

amazing property!!!
This is a trip I cannot recommend enough. Not only is the accommodation fabulous in itself, it is wonderfully well kept and clean. We had a great mixture of people, with some wanting to stay by the pool while others were keen on activities, and this luxury retreat catered for everyone with its wide range of facilities.
Beyond the property itself, the trip was made truly special by the attentive customer service we received throughout. The attention to detail and willingness to help is unparalleled. Recommendations for local activities and low-cost transport were just some of the benefits from renting with Debbie and Ian. Our whole group loved it - and we all cannot wait to return!

A Slice of Paradise in the Costa Blanca
Our family of 12 made up of 8 adults and 4 children with ages ranging from 76 to 7 had a wonderful time staying at this well maintained villa. The villa itself was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The grounds, swimming pool and villa give the wow factor on arrival. The journey from Alicante was straight-forward and the excellent instructions from Debbie ensured we arrived stress-free. From the time we booked the villa Debbie has been very helpful and forthcoming with all kinds of information and during our stay was very quick to answer any little queries we might have. It has been a pleasure dealing with Debbie and Ian and we were all very sad when our holiday came to an end. We hope to visit again at some point in the future.
