Nestled among lush hills, the villa comprises three separate buildings within a fully fenced 40,000 m² plot, much of it pine forest, providing complete privacy. The main house and two additional buildings host six bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a safe. The master suite, located on the ground floor, features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and a private furnished terrace with stunning sea views. Other bedrooms include twins or doubles, many with private terraces overlooking either the forested surroundings or the sea.
Spanning 600 m² of interior space, the villa offers two living areas: one TV room and a larger open-plan area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining space, and direct access to the courtyard, pool, and gardens. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This seaside retreat was everything we could have hoped for and more. The location is just perfect - nestled in the hills with panoramic views of the sea. We loved the privacy and the peaceful atmosphere. The villa itself is so well designed, spacious, and really stylish. Our group had so much fun in the large garden and pool. Also, a big thanks to the concierge service - they helped us book everything from restaurants to beach clubs, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!

What an unforgettable holiday!
We celebrated my sister's 40th birthday here, and honestly, it was one of the best vacations ever! The villa is beautiful and well-maintained, and the private outdoor space made it feel like our own little paradise. Beautiful place, couldn't ask for more!
Stayed here with my family for a week, and it couldn’t have been better. The villa is huge, and every corner has something beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and have stunning views, and the pool area is just perfect for relaxing. The concierge service was top-notch! Amazing villa - a week of pure bliss!
We just spent a week at this home and WOW, what an experience! The villa was perfect for our group of 10, with spacious rooms, amazing views, and everything we needed. The outdoor areas were fantastic - we spent hours by the pool watching the sunset over the Mediterranean. The location was also great - not too far from the beaches, and the privacy was incredible. Wonderful villa
We had the pleasure of staying at the villa for 10 Days in July. The villa has a outstanding view of the sea. The kitchen is very well laid out. The 7 bedrooms are very nice and large each with en suites. You can not say enough about the beautiful pool, i would highly recommend this villa for families, couples or a large group. Alba the manager and his staff were outstanding in dealing with our requests and needs.
