Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of 8 friends and stayed at this luxury retreat for a week. The location is unbeatable with views that left us speechless. The pool was immaculate, and we spent most of our days lounging by it. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed cooking together while overlooking the sea. Perfect getaway with family
We spent a week at this elegant home with our extended family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodation is spacious and modern, and the bedrooms are so comfortable. The location was quiet and private, perfect for some relaxation, but still close to all the fun things in Ibiza. We had a few special requests, and the concierge took care of everything, even arranging a private chef for a special dinner. Everything was seamless, and the home’s cleanliness was top-notch. EXCELLANT
Our party consisted of 8 adults and 2 teenagers (13 & 17). And we all enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed for 2 weeks in this immaculate, well maintained, spacious villa. The description and pictures of the villa were acccurate but do not do it justice. The views are absolutely breath taking. The villa and garden and pool and outside dining areas are amazing and you will find it hard to drag yourself away from this peaceful, quiet, restful haven. The bedrooms were all very nice with excellant air conditioning and there own ensuites. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The teenagers found having WIFI a bonus and had no problems with it.

Luxury Holiday!
I have used several Ibiza accommodations in the past, but no other place has been as organised as this luxury retreat. From the very beginning, Alba sent us all necessary information about the rental process and things we needed to consider for the trip. She was also very flexible and responsive with all communications. The accommodation itself is beyond beautiful: many sleeping places with detailed and themed rooms, a bright big living room, and the newest technology in every room. The best aspect is the amazing view onto the ocean above the infinity pool. I would recommend everyone to enjoy some relaxing time in this home.
