Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was everything we were looking for-secluded, stylish, and with amazing views. It felt like our own private oasis. The pool area is gorgeous, and the hammock was a nice touch for relaxing in the sun. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the thoughtful touches throughout the villa. The team was so helpful, organizing a welcome pack and even yoga sessions for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Perfect Ibiza getaway for families
This holiday home was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The bedrooms are spacious and stylish, and the whole place feels welcoming and comfortable. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evenings. The property is close to some of the best beaches in Ibiza, and the concierge service made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!
