This south-facing estate is set within a rural, tranquil setting just 10 minutes from Ibiza Town, 8 minutes from the airport, and under 10 minutes from the stunning beaches of Cala Jondal and Cala d'Hort. The property, a former farm dating back to the 1700s, retains its historic character with whitewashed walls, Sabina-beamed ceilings, and rooms of varying heights and dimensions, while offering all the modern amenities needed for comfort and convenience.
Accommodation is arranged across the main house and three guest houses, with options for additional guests in the renovated stables. The main house features four double bedrooms (two en-suite), a spacious living and office area with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen opening to a large outdoor dining terrace. Appliances include three fridge/freezers, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and dryer. Bedrooms benefit from terraces or balconies, with five rooms featuring air conditioning and three equipped with ceiling fans.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Loved everything about this place! The mix of traditional farmhouse vibes with modern comfort was perfect. We spent most of our time by the pool or on the terrace just soaking in the views. The location is great, close to San Jose and some really beautiful beaches. Big thanks to the team for making sure everything was perfect for us. Can’t wait to return!

amazing stay, great service
We booked this villa for a week to celebrate my birthday with close friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff helped organize everything, from airport transfers to a private yoga session by the pool. The villa itself is so beautiful and spacious, with different chill-out areas where we could just sit and enjoy the views. The barbecue area was a big hit, we had dinner outside almost every night. Definitely coming back!

If you’re looking for a place to truly relax, this is it. The villa feels like a hidden retreat but is still close enough to the best beaches and Ibiza town. Waking up to the views every morning was incredible, and the outdoor spaces are just perfect for unwinding. The agency was super helpful, and booking was a breeze. perfect for families
We stayed at this holiday spot with our kids and another family, and it was just amazing. The fenced pool was a big plus for us, so we didn’t have to worry about the little ones running around. The house itself is gorgeous, with such a traditional Ibizan feel but still modern where it needs to be. The organic garden was such a nice touch, and we even used some fresh herbs for cooking. Really happy with the whole experience!

This villa is something special! The setting is so peaceful, surrounded by nature with stunning sea views. We stayed here as a group of friends and loved how spacious and private it was. The gardens are beautifully kept, and having the separate guest houses made it perfect for everyone to have their own space. We also booked a private chef through the concierge service - honestly, some of the best food we had on the trip. Already thinking about coming back next summer!
