Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an unforgettable stay at this stylish property for my mother’s 60th birthday. The villa has everything you could want, from a beautiful sea view to a fantastic pool and a cozy outdoor kitchen. The kids loved the play park, and we all enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Special shoutout to the agent for their help with the booking and for arranging a special celebration dinner at the villa. The entire team made us feel so welcome, and we loved the little touches like the welcome pack. A perfect getaway!

Second time and still wowed!
This was our second time booking through this agency, and once again, we weren’t disappointed. The house is perfect for large families, and the views of Formentera are unreal! The pool and garden are just as beautiful as last year, and the villa itself is spacious and well-equipped. Perfect family escape
This spacious villa was the perfect place for our family vacation! We were a group of 10, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The villa is beautifully decorated, with lots of light and comfy spaces. The kids loved the pool and playground, while the adults enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor Jacuzzi. The beach nearby was great, and we also had a chance to explore the nearby nature reserve. The team was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning villa with everything you need
We celebrated my wife’s birthday here and it was amazing. The villa was even better than we imagined! The sea views were stunning, and the pool was spotless. The kids had a blast in the garden, and the playground was perfect for them. I was especially impressed with the daily concierge support. The agent made sure all our special requests were met, from restaurant bookings to a surprise birthday cake. Everything was so easy, and we felt very taken care of. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing villa, family heaven!
We had the best week at the rental! The villa is huge and perfect for families. The kids loved the playground, especially the swings and trampoline, and the pool area was ideal for relaxing. The outdoor kitchen was a hit - we spent every evening grilling and enjoying the sea views. The villa is so spacious, and the kids loved having their own space in the annex. We were also really happy with the booking process - smooth and easy, and the team was super helpful when we needed anything. Highly recommend it for families!

The perfect stay in Ibiza
If you are looking for a place to stay when in Ibiza away from the hectic tourist areas this is the one. A house where you easy can stay 6 family’s with your own bathrooms and each room having their own A/C. The house is beautifully maintained by both gardeners and cleaning service that gives your stay a feeling of living in a hotel.Highly Recommended!!!

Perfect familly- and friends villa and surrounding!
We were 6 families, 12 adults spending a week in this really nice villa! We all loved the house, pool. The perfect cleaning and fixing of house, garden and pool area was very appreciated. The house is the perfect vacation house for a large group. We spent most of the hours at the pool area that is so nice with sun beds, umbrellas and a beautiful view. Why leave this nice house with the faboulus view!

Amazing weeks stay!!
We had a fabulous time! The communication with the staff was great and the transfers and checking went really smoothly. The villa is well equipped and close to a brilliant supermarket. It was really hot so we enjoyed the lovely pool. There are many places to sit in the shade if you want to. Can highly recommend this villa!!
