Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Such a beautiful, well-kept villa. You can walk to the beach easily but it’s far enough to feel private. The garden and pool area were perfect for relaxing. We cooked dinners outside and enjoyed the warm evenings. The kids loved the pool while we chilled on the terrace with wine. The house had everything - air con, Netflix, good WiFi, and comfy beds. Everything felt easy and comfortable. We’d come back for sure.

An amazing family holiday
We stayed here with our two kids and another couple and it was just perfect. The villa was even nicer than the photos - modern, spotless, and full of natural light. The pool was a huge hit, and we spent most days relaxing outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the short walk to Tamariu beach made it super convenient. The booking process was simple and communication was great. The evenings were so peaceful, just cicadas and sea air.
