Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This getaway was ideal for our family holiday. The layout was great, giving everyone their own space while still having lovely common areas to gather. The outdoor dining area was perfect for long summer dinners, and the barbecue was a great touch. The location was peaceful yet close to everything. We can’t wait to return!

A Hidden Gem on the Costa Brava
This villa is a hidden paradise! The infinity pool and sea views made every moment special. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped for home-cooked meals. We spent our days exploring the nearby hiking trails and visiting the stunning beaches. The concierge service was excellent, helping us arrange a boat tour. A five-star experience!

Pure Luxury with Spectacular Views
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the place. The pool, the terrace, the spacious rooms-everything was perfect. A Dream Getaway in Tamariu!
The place was everything we hoped for and more! The infinity pool overlooking the coast was absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach and close to the charming village of Begur. Our family had an unforgettable stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
