Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This home was just what we needed - peaceful, stylish, and surrounded by nature. The infinity pool felt like it blended into the sea, and the sunsets from the terrace were unforgettable. The kids enjoyed the garden and table tennis, and the adults appreciated the quiet evenings outdoors. The villa had everything - from comfy beds to great Wi-Fi - and Tamariu itself was lovely and relaxed. We’ll definitely be back.

Pure relaxation
This villa is everything you could want for a seaside holiday - elegant, quiet, and with stunning views. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with plenty of space for everyone. The garden and pool area were incredible, and we spent most of our time outdoors. The host was friendly and professional, and check-in was simple. It’s one of those rare places that feels both luxurious and homely at the same time.

A dream family holiday
We had the most amazing week in Tamariu. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos - bright, spacious, and perfectly clean. The infinity pool looked straight over the sea, and we spent every morning having coffee on the terrace. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, and the living area was great for relaxing together. The kids loved swimming while we enjoyed the sunsets. The location couldn’t be better - peaceful but only a few minutes from restaurants and the beach.

Stunning villa, amazing views!!
What a fantastic spot! This getaway is just a dream. The house is modern, spacious, and has the best sea views. We loved hanging out by the infinity pool and soaking in the sun. The beach is literally just a short walk away, which was perfect for our family. Everything was so clean and well-organized.
