Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed for a week with a 5 and a 7 year old. The villa was lovely and clean and very spacious. It has everything you needed. Stairs were a little precarious so perhaps for families with very small children a stair gate would be useful. Couple of small problems (no pool net/no ironing board/kettle broken/key to front gate not working) which didn’t affect our stay but they were all dealt with very quickly and all messages were answered promptly. The area was very quiet-like a residential area-but only a few minutes drive to a supermarket and also close to The Arenal which has many bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. We enjoyed our stay Thank you very much!
