Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This cozy placesalades was perfect for our family - including my 2 year old grandson. The host worked hard to welcome us and show us the area and to recommend beaches, restaurants etc. so we were able to settle in very quickly and made no expensive mistakes. The views were outstanding as we swam in the wonderful panoramic pool. All the beds were comfortable and other facilities everything you could wish for.

Excellent villa for the whole family
We had a fantastic stay at A home away from homesalades in June. The quality of accommodation and facilities made for an excellent big family holiday. The hosts did everything necessary to ensure we had everything we needed, from simple provisions, to a tour of the local area to show us where the tavernas, supermarket and beach were located. It was reassuring to know they were on hand should we need anything. I would certainly recommend A home away from homesalades.

High expectations, all surpassed.
The villa itself is simply gorgeous. What you see on the pictures is exactly it. The location is perfect : far enough from the village to get a great view of the surroundings in a very private area with easy access to the roads, but close enough to quickly get downtown and enjoy everything the city has to offer. There is something particular with This holiday spotsalades : it has been very well thought of, from its conception to the execution. The large shaded area next to the pool is absolutely perfect for such weather - and especially for kids. The infinity pool is gorgeous and fits perfectly in the whole design with the night lighting making the whole scene straight from a paradisiac setting. This holiday spotsalades makes the top of our list, enough for us to consider going back.
