Indoors
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. One bedroom is designed for children with four beds, a large TV, and a PlayStation 3 with games. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Indoor spaces include a spacious living room with panoramic sea views, high ceilings, and an 80-square-meter layout featuring a flat-screen TV with home cinema system and a working fireplace. The 40-square-meter dining area combines modern solid oak and antique furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes three fridges, a professional oven, and views of both the Mediterranean garden and the sea.
Additional spaces include a separate library and study, and a high-tech teleworking lounge that opens onto an expansive terrace with inspiring sea views. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing indoor lounge with a large heated Jacuzzi and spectacular vistas.

The property features multiple terraces with sun loungers, sofas, and alfresco dining areas with a solid teak table, benches, and a professional barbecue. The infinity pool (8 x 5 meters) seamlessly blends with the sea, and a childproof fence is available on request. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our second stay at the property, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The villa is so spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The kids loved the pool, and we spent hours enjoying the sea views from the terrace. We also had a great time using the outdoor kitchen for BBQs. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and it was so easy to book everything through the agency. We can’t wait for our next stay here!

Great vacation in a perfect setting
We stayed at this seaside retreat to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it couldn’t have been better. The villa had everything we needed and more - from the luxurious bathrooms to the spacious kitchen, and the kids loved the play areas. We were lucky enough to enjoy perfect weather, which made the beach and the pool even more inviting. The team at the agency was very responsive and helpful, which made the booking and check-in process super easy. It was our first time in Mallorca, but definitely not our last. Fantastic villa with a touch of luxury
This villa exceeded our expectations in every way! The decor is beautiful, and the panoramic views of the sea are just stunning. We loved the infinity pool that seemed to blend into the ocean, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing. The concierge team was fantastic, helping us organize everything from a golf outing to a private transfer to Palma. The location was ideal - quiet and peaceful, yet close to the beach and local shops. Definitely a place we’d return to for a luxurious yet relaxing holiday.

Ideal villa for family gatherings
Our family of 10 had a great time at this seaside retreat. The villa is perfect for larger groups with spacious living areas and lots of outdoor space. The kids enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, while the adults appreciated the comfort of the large living room with stunning views. The beach was just a 10-minute walk, and there were some great local restaurants nearby. We also received excellent service from the agency, who made sure our stay was seamless, even helping us with a last-minute request for a private chef. Highly recommended for a family holiday!

Breathtaking views and perfect location!
We had an amazing week at this spacious villa! The villa is absolutely stunning, with spacious rooms and breathtaking sea views from almost every room. The infinity pool and the jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and we loved having meals outside on the terraces. The beach was just a short walk away, which was fantastic for the kids. The villa was fully equipped, and the team was very helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging a private tour of Palma. It’s the perfect getaway for families, and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Location and outstanding villa
This villa is a luxury, high standard accomodation. Positioned is the precious area of Mallorca the villa overlooks the "killing blue" sea. Very, very tasty decorated both the inside as well as the outside area. Most spectacular sea views !!!

This house is absolutely fantastic! The views overlooking the Mediteranian is breathtaking. We were 12 with high expectations, and we were all satisfied. The bedrooms have a higher standard. We have an amazing party on a hired boat!!! I highly recommend this villa.

Amazing place to stay!
If you are considering visiting Cala Vinyes and its surroundings, don't hesitate to rent this magnificent home! We had the most amazing time. The house ist to die for; a wonderful terrace with stunning views on both sides of the coast and ocean. The pool is gorgeous. The rooms are magnificent. The kitchen is very well equipped and it is such a pleasure to cook in such a wondereful environment. We would definitely come back to such a heavenly place !
