The villa features two master bedrooms, making it ideal for two families traveling together. Beds are set up as twins by default, with three rooms capable of being configured as doubles.
Ground Floor / Upper Floor: Entrance hall opening onto the living room, open-plan kitchen and dining area. Master twin bedroom with en-suite shower and walk-in wardrobe. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. A spectacular 360º terrace with dining and seating areas offers breathtaking views.
Lower Floor: Two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, with two bedrooms providing direct access to the exterior and pool area. Second master twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Elegant, extremely well-equipped, airy and comfortable villa. Everything feels of a good standard, e.g. sunbeds by pool are high quality with thick, squashy cushions, and all the things you really need in a villa (e.g. towels, tea towels, handwash, even dishwasher tablets) are provided in abundance.

A first class villa in a breath taking location
We hired both this spacious villa and this elegant home for our great holiday in Mallorca. We was 20 adults and stayed two weeks. The trip was amazing with lovely memories. The villas are very well equipped and the staff was very helpful. A free welcome pack and free airport transfer was available through this travel agency.....a big service for all of us....I highly recommend!!!!

Perfect Mallorca paradise
This was our 2nd family stay at this spacious villa with ages ranging from 3-73! The view is amazing and the villa is fitted out to a high specification with comfy beds. The children loved both the pool and swim spa, and us adults enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable outdoor sofas and loungers while soaking up the sun and admiring the mountains. Overall we had a fantastic week and will definitely be returning.
