Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was perfect in so many ways, with a great location and all the amenities within the villa were of high standard. The only two areas which could be improved are the internet and a better group seating area. We would quite possibility stay there again..

Our time at this serene retreat was a relaxing getaway we’ll always cherish. Located near Aguas Blancas beach, the property provided the perfect escape. We loved the rustic living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The private pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor dining area were our favorite spots. The bedrooms with air conditioning kept us comfortable during warm nights. An excellent choice for a tranquil vacation.
