Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had the best time at this spacious villa! The accommodation is just perfect for a family getaway. The rooms, the lovely garden, and the beautiful views made it hard to leave the property! The kids loved the infinity pool, and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa room. San Carlos village has a laid-back charm, and we loved picking up fresh food for our barbecues. The home’s design was both stylish and comfortable-truly an ideal spot for a relaxing Ibiza holiday.

A true luxury escape
If you’re looking for a luxurious escape in Ibiza, this luxury retreat is the place to be. The accommodation is gorgeous-both the modern design and traditional Balearic charm made it feel like a true paradise. We spent evenings in the spa room and relaxed by the pool. The outdoor barbecue area was fantastic for group dinners with a beautiful backdrop. The location is quiet but not far from the beaches and restaurants. A wonderful home for anyone wanting a high-end experience in Ibiza.

Blissful family vacation
This villa exceeded all our expectations! The panoramic countryside views were absolutely stunning, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. The infinity pool was amazing, and we spent most of our time there. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the open-plan kitchen and living areas were perfect for family gatherings. San Carlos village is so charming and easy to reach. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. Would definitely come back!

Perfect for large groups
This elegant home was the perfect spot for our group trip. We had a great time relaxing by the infinity pool and enjoying meals in the outdoor gazebo. The separate apartment downstairs gave some of us a bit more privacy, which was really nice. The accommodation is beautifully designed, and we loved how it blends modern style with traditional charm. The location is ideal-peaceful yet close enough to great beaches like Cala Nova and Es Figueral. A truly memorable experience!

Amazing family getaway!
We had the most fantastic time at this luxury retreat. The accommodation itself is stunning with plenty of space for our family of 10. The views from the pool and the outdoor dining area were breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment lounging by the infinity pool. The spa room was a real highlight for us after long days in the sun. We loved the short drive to San Carlos, where we could pick up fresh produce at the local market. Highly recommend this home if you're looking for luxury and tranquility in Ibiza!

The Dream Week
Well... What can I say? A perfectly tranquil spot to enjoy the delights that Ibiza has to offer.
We were neither over looked nor disturbed on our trip and the villa offered absolutely everything we desired. A gorgeous pool to relax and soak up the sun / BBQ / spacious room to have quiet alone time. The villa was incredibly well stocked, you literally just have to rock up and it's all there. Towels / washing machine / dishwasher / DVD collection etc... Everything they say is there, and more!
The hosts are the perfect and have thought of everything for a relaxing holiday. If we could have, we would have stayed. I suggest you book now before you miss out.
