The accommodation comprises a master double bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower room, and a third double bedroom with a 1.35 x 1.90 m bed without air conditioning. A separate bathroom with a shower is accessible from the corridor. Note that the ceiling heights may feel low to guests over six feet tall, and steps from the house lead to the pool area, providing elevated views from the outdoor dining terrace.
Outside, the property features a spacious porch with a dining table and comfortable seating, offering uninterrupted views across the valley to the sea. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a great time and really liked the villa. We thought it was one of the nicest we stayed at given its location and layout. Pool was great and all the furniture, loungers and so on were more than adequate, there really was nothing to complain about at all!
