The open-plan living area includes two sitting areas furnished with comfortable sofas, recliner chairs, a built-in bench, coffee tables, and a flat-screen TV. An open fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features essential appliances and a breakfast bar for three, while the dining area accommodates eight guests for meals together.
Outdoor amenities include a large, sparkling pool, a shaded terrace, an upper-level patio with elevated views, and a summer kitchen with a vaulted wooden ceiling and dining table for 10. The spacious garden with a ping pong table offers room for children to play and adults to relax.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What a wonderful place! Spacious, elegant, and very private. The villa was spotless, with beautiful decor and great air conditioning. We loved the morning swims, lazy afternoons by the pool, and the sound of cicadas in the evening. It’s close to town but feels totally hidden away - the best of both worlds.

Unforgettable summer stay
We stayed here as two families, and it honestly exceeded expectations. The house was spotless, with four spacious bedrooms each having its own bathroom. The outdoor kitchen made dinners so fun, and the kids never left the pool. The agency even helped us arrange a car rental and made everything super easy. Perfect for groups
