The property spans 350m² across two levels, making it suitable for two families, or for a smaller group using only the main floor. All rooms, balconies, and terraces face south, offering magnificent views of the Mediterranean and the Rock of Calpe (Ifach).
The main floor features an entrance hall leading to two bright bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double four-poster bed, ensuite bathroom, and south-facing balcony, and a double bedroom suitable for children. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Fantastic villa in a wonderful location. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to the beaches etc. Villa itself has everything you ever need for a perfect break. A home away from home (if your home were a beautiful villa in the Spanish hills in the sunshine).

Relax, unwind, drink in the view
15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Moraira with it's great array of eateries, shops and harbour lies this hideaway. In a privileged position on the hill, we really loved to sit and marvel at the amazing panoramic views of the Rock of Calpe, terraces built into the hillside and the sea whilst eating our meals and relaxing after days sightseeing or at the beach. Stylishly decorated, comfortable and spacious, the accommodation was extremely well equipped, the owners have thought of everything! I would recommend a car to facilitate days out, as the property is off the main drag. This isn't a problem as you are afforded privacy and fantastic views, away from the more built up areas, which we enjoyed. We had a really great holiday and were very sad to leave the pool and views behind.

Excellent villa
We had a lovely 10 day stay at this villa - we being 2 grandparents with our daughter, her husband and their 21 month old. The villa is exceptionally equipped with everything you could possibly want. It is very child friendly and safety has obviously been a big consideration. The villa is located in a quiet area with no direct neighbours either side. The restaurant (Canis) just a two minute walk was superb. It gets really busy so best to book! The layout of the villa suited us very well. Mum, dad and baby occupied the two bedrooms in the main part and my husband and I had the two in the lower floor. These two bedrooms are accessed via a small staircase outside the kitchen which meant we weren't woken up at the crack of dawn by little feet!
The decor is absolutely lovely. It is mostly IKEA based which makes it modern in looks but very practical. Everything from furniture down to utensils have been given careful thought, resulting in everything you could need. Home from home almost. It's a very good base for exploring this beautiful part of Spain. A car is essential as it is off the beaten track but with a little supermarket 15 min walk away (which, by the way, stocks absolutely everything).
A lovely lady with an equally lovely villa. Nothing was too much trouble for her. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Paradise found!
If I had made a list of everything I would have wanted of a perfect holiday home the result would be this spacious villa. Beautiful inside with everything (and more) needed for a relaxing stay and breathtaking outside - the views, the pool, the gardens all wow wow wow! Quiet, relaxing, private, the perfect place to unwind and forget the world for a while. Lots of help on hand if needed while in situ and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back soon!
