Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an amazing time at this stylish property! The interiors were stylish, the pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the beach was so close. The welcome pack was a nice touch, with coffee, snacks, and essentials to start our stay. We loved how easy everything was thanks to the great service. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect villa & Great Service!
From start to finish, everything was seamless. The villa was spotless and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The agency was fantastic-they arranged our airport transfer and even helped us book a private boat tour. Having that extra support made our trip stress-free. We’ll definitely return!

Amazing Stay!
This luxury retreat was absolutely stunning! The modern design, spacious rooms, and private pool made it the perfect retreat. We especially loved the terrace-great for evening barbecues! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The check-in was smooth, and the concierge gave us great local tips. Highly recommended!

Nice & clean house
Spent 4 nights in the house which was very and clean. Walking distance to the Beach and to grossercy shopping. It is a lovely poolhouse, and we had some fatastic days there.

Nice house
Very nice house with a great location and very suitable for a group of people including small children. The weather in Mallorca is probably supposed to be nice all the time, but when it's not a bigger indoor table would be nice, so that all 10 can be seated for dinner. It's great that the house has both dishwasher and washing machine.
