Accommodation is arranged across multiple levels to provide comfort and versatility. The ground floor includes an entrance hall, living room with TV, toilet, children's playroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table for four, pantry, laundry room, and a shower room. A split-level bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is accessed via a few steps. The first floor offers one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, one large double bedroom, and a twin bedroom sharing a shower room. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, and the house benefits from thick walls that keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. WiFi and a landline are available, while mobile reception is limited due to the villa's seclusion.
Exterior amenities include a large kidney-shaped pool (~15m x 5m), a chill-out area, portable BBQ, covered dining area, children's football pitch, and table tennis. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Super villa with everything you would want and more!
We stayed 11 nights, and loved it! The house is fantastic, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and well kept. We would love to come again.

Fabulous villa, great views!
We’ve just come back from a fabulous holiday in Pollensa staying in this stylish property. The villa is gorgeous and has a great views. The terrace off the main living area was also a real feature as we could sit and admire the view in the day and evening and was also safe for our son to run around. When we arrived the villa was immaculately clean and it felt very homely. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very modern, stylish and well equipped. The villa is modern, well equipped, private and safe area. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
