Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This hideaway is pure luxury! We celebrated a special occasion here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The spa area and pools were amazing, and we loved the private terraces off each bedroom. The agency was super helpful, even arranging a boat day for us. Already dreaming of coming back!

Perfect for Our Family Reunion
Our big family spent a week here, and it was incredible! The villa is even better than the pictures-spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the pools, while the grandparents enjoyed the outdoor dining areas and the peaceful gardens. The agency made everything easy, from airport transfers to restaurant recommendations. 10/10 experience!

Luxurious and Private!
This villa was absolutely stunning. We were a group of 14, and the space was perfect-plenty of room to spread out but also great common areas for dinners and late-night drinks by the pool. The concierge team was amazing, helping us book a private chef one evening (best meal of the trip!). Location was great too-close enough to beaches but far enough for total privacy.

A Dream Getaway!
Stayed at this holiday spot with a group of friends, and WOW-this place is something else! The pools, the gardens, the views… everything was breathtaking. Loved the mix of spanish and asian influences. Waking up to birds chirping and having coffee by the lily ponds was pure magic. Definitely one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed.

One word "Stunning
This is one of the best villa's on the island, so mentioned our caterers who have seen many. We really had the most wonderful time at the villa, we did think the pictures were probably somewhat doctored as we thought it could not be this picture perfect, but it was. Our group had the best time for my 40th Birthday and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone that wanted to have a fabulous holiday. See some of the pictures from the villa.

Perfect villa
This charming accommodation is amazing - located on a great area of Ibiza island. The well kept house includes everything you need for your holiday. If there was anything we needed, we could always ask the friendly hosts! We were a group of 16 adults, and the house had perfect layout and good space for our group. The area is private and very safe.

Nice villa, Relaxed place
This was an incredible place to stay and we enjoyed every moment. Alba was a wonderful host. The villa is beautiful with attention to every detail, much art and exquisite furniture. The house housed 16 of us in 8 rooms spaciously and the pool and outside dining area makes it hard to want to leave to go explore this magical island. Highly recommended!
