Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an unforgettable stay, from enjoying the stunning pool to lounging in the outdoor living areas. The living room's blend of traditional Ibiza architecture and modern design was a perfect place to unwind, and we found it hard to leave.

A Beautiful Retreat in Nature
This charming accommodation is a beautiful retreat surrounded by nature. The Mediterranean garden is fragrant with herbs, and the pool area was definitely the highlight of our stay. The living room’s design is a perfect mix of traditional and modern, with large windows opening onto the outdoor living space. We enjoyed every moment here, from breakfast on the covered terrace to relaxing by the pool. The gazebo provided a lovely escape from the sun.
