Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This cozy place exceeded our expectations. The villa is stunning with its modern design and natural beach style. The bedrooms all have private terraces with amazing views, and we loved the outdoor living spaces. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful with no passing traffic, yet close enough to everything we needed. We had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool and exploring the charming village of La Herradura. The hosts were wonderful, and the concierge services made everything so easy. Highly recommended for families or groups!

A Dream villa for Relaxation
This villa is a true sanctuary! It’s incredibly spacious and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The decor is elegant but comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows create the perfect ambiance. We spent most of our time by the infinity pool or enjoying the sunsets from the terrace. The town of La Herradura is just a short walk away with great local shops and restaurants. We also did some kayaking and snorkelling - the area is perfect for water sports. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway with Unmatched Views
This retreat was everything we could have dreamed of for our holiday! The panoramic views of La Herradura Bay are absolutely stunning, and the villa itself is so beautifully designed with its Ralph Lauren-inspired beach style. The open-plan living space was perfect for our family, and we loved dining al fresco while watching the sunset. The infinity pool was a highlight, and the location offered both peace and privacy but still close to the beach and local restaurants. Can't wait to return!

Amazing villa
The villa was amazing, exactly like in the pictures but much more as there is a scenic view of the sea. The villa was brand new, modern and had almost everything we needed for a great stay. Ronan was great during check in and available all the time for everything we needed including local recommendations. In general we had a great stay and it was the perfect place for out family vacation

It was perfect
We stayed at the villa for 1 week in July , it was perfect for the kids who spent most of their time in the pool , its very spacious with lots of room in the open plan kitchen living area to hang out. The views are amazing of the bay and its really quiet being at the end of a road. The lift was a god send with the bags and kids buggy etc so it was all super easy. The host was really attentive and nothing was to much trouble I'm thinking of going back next year but this time with the girls for a long weekend !!! A Turkington
