Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I just got back from a week at this charming accommodation with my family and had to share how amazing it was. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything super easy. We had a private chef come in one night, and the food was incredible! The views from the terraces were just breathtaking, and the infinity pool was the perfect way to cool off after a long day. The villa’s design is so sleek and modern, felt like we were in a movie! The concierge helped us plan some great activities, and we got some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect holiday home, great location
This place was incredible. We spent a week here, and the view over the bay was something else. We had breakfast every morning on the terrace while soaking in the view. The villa is huge, so we had lots of space for our group. The private infinity pool was the cherry on top! Loved that we could walk down to the beach in just a few minutes. Also, big shoutout to the team for arranging the airport transfer for us, it made everything so smooth. Great experience overall!

Stunning villa with an amazing view!
I stayed at this luxury retreat with my family, and it was absolutely breathtaking! The views of La Herradura Bay are unreal, especially at sunset. The pool was perfect, and the house itself was super stylish-felt like living in a James Bond movie! Everything was top-notch, from the spacious rooms to the gourmet kitchen. Highly recommend it!

Astonishing view, lovely pool, luxurious rooms, beautiful kitchen with everything and more that you will need, peaceful and close to a town with an authentic Spanish holiday vibe, meaning mainly made up of locals and visiting Spanish families on holiday. There was nothing at all lacking. It was a breathtaking place.

Week of a lifetime
We spent the week at this luxury retreat and it was stunning. The house is amazing, with everything you need for a group holiday catered for-fluffy pool towels, a sunscreen caddy, and a stocked bar were just some of the special extras that made it feel like a true five-star experience. The views are out of this world, and the property manager arranged a chef for us, which was well worth it!
