Accommodating up to 8 guests, this exclusive villa features a private tennis court, refreshing pool, and beautifully landscaped garden. Located in the Sierra Altea Golf area, it is close to golf courses, beaches, and the charming old town of Altea, offering both tranquility and convenience.
The villa spans two levels. On the main floor, a spacious living and dining area with an open fireplace, two sofa beds, air conditioning, stereo system, and satellite TV opens onto the upper terrace and pool. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and laundry facilities. Also on this level is a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a guest toilet.
The ground floor includes three additional bedrooms-two with double beds and one with a bunk bed-plus a bathroom with a spacious shower. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bunk bedroom is ideal for children and easily accessible from one of the double bedrooms.
Outdoor spaces feature a large south-facing terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views, a covered barbecue area, sunbeds, and a shaded lounge with dining furniture. The terrace leads to a green garden with citrus trees and a private tennis court. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Old Altea and the Benidorm skyline from the terrace.
A car is recommended for easy access to the local village of Altea la Vella (4 minutes) and the main town of Altea (10 minutes), as well as nearby attractions including amusement parks, hiking trails, and the historic El Castell de Guadelest (15-30 minutes).

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is really amazing. The location is fantastic in the sierra of Altea, one of best areas in Spain. The manager of the villa was great. Only a short phone call to sort out potential questions. Even so the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and worth visiting, we hardly made it outside the compound, since you just seem to have everything you need there. We definitively can recommend this house.

What a paradise!
The house is absolutely amazing and the view is just breathtaking. The property has anything you can think of: nice and spacious rooms to hold a lot of people, elegantly decorated common areas, a beautiful pool area to relax, a huge and comfy outdoor kitchen for long barbecue sessions, a lovely tennis court (with ball machine!!!) for some nice matches in the afternoon, a lot of fresh herbs and fruits in the garden for some delicious sunset drinks. Just everything!!! We loved our time there and will definitely be back as soon as we can. It is like a 5 star hotel but no need to share with other guests :-) Just perfect for a unforgettable vacation with family or friends. The manager of the house was great and tried to make everything easy and comfortable to us. No question this is the best vacation home we´ve ever been to!!!
