Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A beautiful house with every amenity and utensil required by a family of 8 to enjoy a relaxed holiday. Everything worked! Having a washing machine was wonderful. The pool was fabulous,The bbq was used daily, we watched glorious sunsets over the pink salt lake. The house is located on a really quite street - not a sound at night and only a 10 minute cycle to the beach.

Amazing house!
I just arrived home from a week stay here with my wife 2 daughters & 7 other family members. The house is gorgeous & very well equipped. The pictures do not do the house justice. We loved it. We eat in most nights, only having 2 meals out of the house. The supermarket is only a 10 min walk away, which was ideal. The pool was gorgeous & we all used it a lot! Perfect for a family holiday!!! We will be returning I'm sure!

Family break
The villa was clean on arrival and as advertised with everything available, we chose it because it was on one level with no steps and a gated swimming pool as we had two young children and a 5 year old with the party ,the villa is also in a very quiet residential area with no noise at night making it very relaxing.

Perfect Holiday
We wanted a property able to cope with the extended family, 5 older children and two partners and the first `grand `child 4 months old. And this was exactly what we got. The property provided the space and privacy required, and the whole family were able to enjoy the facilities and relax and enjoy our time in Torrevieja. The town will not provide the wildlife generally required for the teenagers/young adults, but I feel there is something for everyone who is prepared to explore. I would recommend the villa to anyone, and would always consider this if we return to the area.
