Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the holiday home was truly indulgent. The villa's classic Spanish design, modern amenities, and the impressive master suite made our holiday unforgettable. We enjoyed spending time by the large heated pool and having BBQs at the chiringuito. With access to Valderrama Golf Club and other sports facilities, it's a perfect choice for an active and luxurious vacation.

The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa's location in the exclusive Sotogrande Estate offered stunning views of the countryside and mountains. You hit the yackpot woth this villa
With villa Apolline we definitely hit the jackpot. The house is amazing (much better than most hotels in Sotogrande area to be honest). Amazing services provided by this travel agency, free airport transfer, free welcome pack, etc. All in all, the place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone whose heart is set on Sotogrande.

Beautiful villa and amazing hosts
The villa is truly luxurious, very spacious and beautifully furnished. Rosa kept it spotlessly clean & fresh clean towels for the pool were provided every morning. The bedrooms & bathrooms were stunning. The master suite shower is a room in itself! The outdoor spaces including the courtyard & balconies again were thoughtfully furnished providing gorgeous touches such as large soft chair cushions, old planters & lamps. There are small sitting areas tucked away for some peace & quiet if required. The outside bar was popular - with a fridge, sink & fairy lights it was a popular spot day & night. I highly recommend!!

Excellent villa with good rooms and outside area
Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children under 6. We wanted a large house with swimming pool and Apolline fitted the bill exactly. The Grandparents had the master bedroom which was spacious and well fitted out. Our son and his family had 3 bedrooms on the first floor whilst our daughter and her family had the two upstairs bedrooms. Hence we had small areas for each family whilst sharing the main amenities such as kitchen and sitting room. The house was cleaned daily and was well presented. We spent hours in the pool each day and it was the centrepiece for our holiday.
