Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The heated pool was amazing, especially in the evenings. Loved how close everything was-beach, shops, restaurants. The booking process was super easy, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Relaxing & peaceful stay
Such a quiet and beautiful location! We loved having our morning coffee in the gazebo with that stunning sea view. The villa had everything we needed, from comfy beds to a well-equipped kitchen. So nice to be within walking distance of the beach, but still in a peaceful area.

We had an amazing time at the stay! The view from the terrace was unreal, and being so close to the beach was a huge plus. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the gazebo was our favorite spot for breakfast. Definitely coming back!
