Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

This charming accommodation is the ideal choice for families and groups, and the exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. Bliss!
This charming home has that happy, cared-about feel that you don't often find in rented houses. If you want peace, tranquillity, fabulous views and sunsets, this property with its pretty garden in a delightful rural area of Benalmadena is for you. If you want glorious beaches and fresh fish, they're just nearby within walking distance. The house is spotlessly clean. We had the most blissful week there and I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you!

Great location, with fab pool and newly decorated villa
We had a lovely week with our large family. The villa well equipped and all interest points are at walking distance. The pool was cleaned 3 times, There are BBQ facilites both at the villa and by the pool which also has a fridge. I recommend the villa!!!!
