Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is beautifully decorated and has great amenities. The kids loved the game room and PlayStation, while the adults enjoyed the wine tastings nearby. The staff was super helpful, and the concierge service made everything easy. Fantastic for Large Groups
We stayed here with a group of 12, and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and amazing outdoor areas. The pool was wonderful, and we loved having both an indoor and outdoor option. The location is quiet but close to Playa de Aro, which had great restaurants and beaches. A top-notch stay!

Luxury and Comfort in Costa Brava
The accommodation exceeded all our expectations! The house is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen and outdoor dining area were perfect for family meals, and the BBQ was a great touch. The beds were super comfortable, and the whirlpool bath was a real treat after a long day exploring the Costa Brava. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway!
We had an amazing stay at the holiday home! The house is huge, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The outdoor saltwater pool was a highlight, and the indoor pool and game room kept everyone entertained. The location was great-just a short drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’ll definitely be back!
