Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property was our sunny Spanish escape. The vibrant colors of the 6-room house added to the holiday spirit. With the beach just 5km away and a supermarket and local restaurant nearby, the location was perfect. The open-plan living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace made our family gatherings cozy. The well-equipped kitchen and playroom with TV and bar kept everyone entertained. We spent sunny days by the private pool and enjoyed alfresco dining with the barbecue. A great base for a relaxing Costa Brava getaway.

The garden and the pool are great!
The house is exactly as described, very good quality, everything is there from silverware to pool table. Many toys for children available. It was very clean and tidy !! Overall, the house is a dream and top maintained. Gardener and pool service on site included. Maybe just a little information to the guests when gardeners and pool service are on the property. So you do not startle. The way to the sea by car was not a problem and easy to reach. The area is very pleasant overall. The booking in general and the key handover worked great! We would book the house again !!!!
