The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine, complemented by a utility area with a washing machine. Four bedrooms are located on this level: two twin bedrooms with air conditioning, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and an additional bathroom with shower, WC, and sink, providing ample space and privacy for guests.
The first floor is accessed externally from the ground floor and houses a double bedroom with air conditioning, satellite TV, and an en-suite shower room with WC and sink. From this level, guests can enjoy captivating views over the garden and the sea, creating a serene and picturesque retreat.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Ideal villa for Groups and Families
This beachfront villa in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, was the perfect choice for our group of friends and families. The spacious interior, modern design, and open-plan layout allowed for a comfortable stay. What a wonderful place
Front Beach villa !! The welcome pack was fantastic, and just what we needed after a late arrival. This villa has everything you need, it is very well equipped, you really don't want for anything. It is beautiful, immaculate, and spotlessly clean. It is very spacious, and very secure.The pool is fantastic and is a lovely size, the pool area has plenty of room with nice comfy sunbeds.We would love to stay here again, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone :-) :-)

Stayed here Jan family of 6 adults. What a find, great space to mix together in.Enjoyed BBQ and outside eating area with night-time views over the town. Good cooking facilities. Bed room accommodation worked well.
