Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The location of this charming accommodation couldn’t be better! It’s just steps from the promenade, making it easy to enjoy beach walks and explore nearby restaurants. The villa itself is lovely, with a colonial facade and a cozy, homely feel. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Las Burras. The whole family had a wonderful time, and we hope to return soon!

We stayed at this spacious villa with our kids and loved it. The beach is just a short walk away, and the gentle waves at Las Burras Beach were perfect for them. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay-well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and air-conditioned bedrooms. Tranquil and Comfortable
A home away from home is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The villa is spacious, and the air-conditioned bedrooms made it so comfortable at night. Perfect Beach Getaway
We had an amazing time at this seaside retreat! The location is fantastic-just a short walk from Las Burras Beach, and we loved being able to stroll along the promenade to get there. The house itself is beautiful, with plenty of space for our family. The pool area is sunny all day, and we spent hours relaxing outside. The covered terrace was perfect for outdoor meals. Highly recommended!
