The accommodation features two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and one twin bedroom, along with an additional bathroom. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor with its en-suite shower room, while an adjacent twin room shares a nearby bathroom. The second double bedroom occupies the first floor, offering its own terrace and en-suite shower room for privacy and comfort.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What a wonderful holiday we had at this villa! The villa was perfect for our family-plenty of room, clean, and cozy. We loved the pool area and the BBQ spot. It’s just a short drive to Arenal d’en Castell beach, which is stunning. The team who managed our booking were very helpful, they even helped us arrange a couple of activities. Couldn’t ask for more! Definitely a place we’d visit again.

Perfect stay, great service
This retreat was a dream! The location was so convenient, not far from Na Macaret Beach, which is beautiful. We loved how private and quiet the villa felt, yet there was always something fun to do nearby. The pool was a highlight, especially in the evenings after a day out. The team at the agency made everything easy, from booking to helping with recommendations. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful getaway!
This villa is gorgeous! We spent a week here and everything was perfect. The space was just right for our group, and the pool area was such a great place to relax. It was nice having both covered and open terraces to choose from. The beach nearby was beautiful, but we also loved having everything we needed right at the villa. Highly recommend it!
