Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Menorca is such a beautiful island, with wonderful food, lovely people and a relaxed pace of life , we will come again. The villa had everything we needed, and the service from the agency was excellent. The pool was clean and warm. Everything was well-maintained, and the agency was very helpful

Villa is in a great location, close to amenities and only down the stairs to the beach. The villa was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Lovely air conditioned rooms, and a overall really good size! Very clean and tidy. The outside area is lovely, nice terraced area for outside dining, and a lot of area around the pool with sun loungers. The pool is a great size and was lovely to use, however the only downside of the pool, is that it seemed to turn our swimsuits green! Which was not pleasant! Overall the villa is lovely, very well presented and we would stay again!

Great Holiday!
Book Now and you will have the great holiday from Menorca, best concierge service, amazing views from the pool area and terrance. Alba was the best manager you could ever want, the welcome package was amazing and was replenished when finished. The unexpected visits with little treats, the suggestions of so many fabulous places to go, best beaches, bars, restaurants and views. All this made our holiday a fantastic one that we and the kids will remember for a long time.

seven absolutely fantastic days this villa
We spent seven absolutely fantastic days in this charming accommodation in July. We were amazed by the hospitality of the hosts, their advice on special local attractions like beautiful places, the welcome pack was amazing, and the taverns with delicious food were a delight. I highly recommend!!!

Amazing place to stay
It was amazing, the villa is incredible, very spacious, modern, clean and incredibly well stocked. It is a short walking distance to beautiful beach. What a lovely property! The villa has everything you could possibly ask for, it was clean, tidy with great modern bathrooms along with stunning outside space and the most beautiful views. Would definitely stay again.
