Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Wow, what an incredible villa! The layout is so well thought out and the interior design is beautiful, really modern but cozy at the same time. We had a blast grilling and hanging by the pool in the garden. The location is fantastic - the beach is just a short stroll away, and we even checked out the Castell de Begur ruins which were cool. The team was great, and I had all my questions answered before we even got there. 10/10, will definitely come back!

Best Family Holiday!
This cozy place was amazing for our group of 8! The house was so spacious and clean, with all the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms-perfect for privacy. The pool was a huge hit, and the garden area was perfect for BBQs and chilling. Big thanks to the agency for the easy booking process and great service. Definitely would return!
