The lower floor near the pool includes a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning. The 9 x 3 m private pool is ideal for swimming and relaxing in the sun.
The main floor offers a spacious living and dining area with air conditioning, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a private terrace, and a fully equipped fitness room. Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout the living areas, upper floor, and poolhouse apartment.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Being close to Begur was a huge plus-lots of charm and good food. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed, from air-con in every room to a full kitchen and laundry. Waking up to ocean views every morning was magical.

Perfect family holiday
We stayed with our kids and had a fantastic time. The pool was great for afternoons in the sun, and there was plenty to do nearby like beaches and snorkeling. The kitchen was well-equipped and the whole place was very clean and comfortable.

Loved the layout and design
This hideaway is beautifully designed with a lot of space and natural light. We especially liked how the bedrooms were spread out, giving everyone privacy. The master suite upstairs was like a private retreat. Plus, the fitness room was a nice bonus!

Stunning views and peaceful vibes
We were blown away by the sea views from the terrace and pool! The villa is so modern and peaceful-it felt like a true escape. It was the perfect base to explore Begur and Sa Riera beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
