The country house features a welcoming entrance and generously proportioned interiors. Three of the five bedrooms are en-suite, and two bedrooms include small living areas with TVs. Extra beds can be added to accommodate up to 12 guests. The living room and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and pantry, provide comfort and convenience, while a laundry room with washing machine adds functionality. The interior is furnished with elegant modern décor, and the villa includes two safes for added security.
The outdoor area is designed for enjoyment, featuring a 40 m² space for barbecues, a large porch, a terrace for sunbathing by the pool, and a massage stream in the pool for ultimate relaxation. The large carport accommodates 3-4 cars. Panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from the first-floor terrace.
The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Cala Barca and Cala Mondragó beaches. Cala Mondragó, one of the east coast's most prestigious beaches, is only 2 km away. Nearby, the romantic port of Porto Petro offers supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and leisure facilities. Cala d'Or is a short drive, providing whitewashed architecture, larger supermarkets, shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this seaside retreat was nothing short of magical. The description didn't do justice to the breathtaking views from the first floor. The spacious carport accommodated our group's cars comfortably. Kudos to the staff for their warm hospitality. We'll cherish the memories of lazy days by the pool and evening barbecues. Can't wait to return and explore more of Mallorca!

Beautiful villa
We holidayed as two families in a party of 10. The villa is lovely and extremely well equipped. We ate in most evenings as we enjoy cooking and the setting was so beautiful why would you want to go anywhere else! We didn't do much travelling around as we have been to Mallorca many times. This was by far the nicest villa we've hired here.

Unbeatable
We spent a fantastic week in this charming accommodation and left no wishes unfulfilled! Everything was perfect - from the organisation, the villa, to the location - and we intend and hope to come back very soon. Everything from the initial contact to the property manager, the booking process, the service, and of course the villa itself was just perfect.

Fantastic villa with an amazing view!
Just had a wonderful week in this seaside retreat with our group. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the housekeeper was very helpful and friendly. When you reach the villa the first thing you notice when you walk through the door is the view...WOW! The interior is traditional with a modern twist. The pool was wonderful and heated which is a huge bonus in the Autumn months. There were plenty of sun loungers and different areas to take yourself away with a book. The pool area can also be locked, which is something I worry about with children. Can't wait to visit again.
